Shipping policy

Shipping 

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 
  • Free shipping on all orders
  • All domestic orders will receive a tracking number via email to track their delivery
  • Please allow 3-5 shipping days and that does not include processing time
  • We are closed on Sundays and start processing orders Monday morning in the order they are received. 

** Please note we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to the Domestic US. 

** Turquoise Door is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the USPS or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. 

Local In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 314 Market Street if you are a local.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up and you and come by at your convenience. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00-5:00, Monday- Saturday. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Standard Product Shipment Processing Time

 

Due to manufacturing time, items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

 

Items will arrive within 15-25 business days.
