Colstart Plus for calvesColostrum and its quality is of great importance for newborn calves. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that there is a shortage of colostrum, or that its quality is insufficient. To ensure that the calf still gets enough quality colostrum, we recommend that Colstart Plus for calves be provided to every calf. Our Colstart Plus is an excellent pure natural colostrum for every calf, from which nothing has been removed. As a result, Colstart Plus contains important proteins and is also rich in fat, which is an important source of energy for the newborn calf. Colstart Plus for calves can be used as colostrum enrichment, supplement or replacement. The first blow is worth a thaler and that is why we advise each calf to provide 250 (sufficient) to 500 (excellent) grams of Colstart Plus as a supplement in or in addition to the colostrum. If the cow has no colostrum at all or is unsuitable, you can provide 750 (basic) to 1500 (excellent) grams as a replacement. It is (in the right amount) a complete colostrum substitute, but can also be used as the perfect enrichment or supplement.
